I am the best fit for a client who… is a woman ready to take an active role in her healing journey. My approach is integrative, holistic, and deeply rooted in spirituality, blending traditional psychotherapy with intuitive practices to help clients connect to their higher selves. I work best with women who are unafraid to confront what’s holding them back, open to exploring unconventional methods, and willing to fully embrace change. I value curiosity, self-awareness, and a genuine commitment to personal growth and manifesting her dream life.
I am not a good fit for a client who… views therapy as just a place to vent or remains stuck despite knowing what steps they need to take to move forward. My style is direct, dynamic, and action-oriented—once we uncover the barriers, I expect my clients to show up for themselves and do the work. I’m a quick-moving person (lots of fire in my chart!) and thrive when working with motivated women who are ready to transform their lives.
My Holistic Approach
I take a unique approach to wellness coaching that encompasses your full range of human experience, past present and future, and focuses on your mental, emotional, physical and spiritual wellness. You will learn how to connect the dots of all your experiences with who you are and how to get to where you are going. You will gain the self awareness to be fully in tune with your internal guidance system, so you will know how to navigate all of life’s ups and downs on your own. Most importantly, you will learn how to clear the path to manifesting and living your dream life.
Rather than focusing on all the trauma you have experienced or everything that’s “wrong” with your life, we start with an assessment of where you are now, where you want to get to (your dream life), and work backwards from there. The first few sessions are aimed at stabilizing and regulating your nervous system through healthy habits, routines and coping tools, then we begin to peel the layers back and do deeper work.
Instead of trying to fit you in the box of a specific diagnosis, we try to get to the deepest layers and figure out the root cause of your symptoms and behavior, rather than just trying to “treat” them with medication or unhelpful coping tools. By the end of the process, you will feel lighter, at peace and empowered to heal yourself.
By changing your relationship to yourself and your perspective on your overall life experience, you will find the healing you have been seeking for so long. It will feel like you are becoming whole again - or for the first time - and coming home to yourself.
